Ok, this is going to sound kind of odd, but after taking Barleans Flax Oil for a few days I noticed my video game scores significantly increase. Playing certain kinds of video games well involves a great amount of concentration, good reflexes, and awareness. My video game scores continued to be higher than I had ever seen in my life as I continued to take flax oil. The only way I can account for it is that my brain finally started getting something that it wasn't getting enough of before (Omega-3?) and I was able to function on a higher level. This bottle was shipped all the way from the East to CA. It took 6 biz days (and it arrived one day earlier than the scheduled date). However, considering it only took $0.99 for Shipping & Handling, I still think it's a bargain and I'll order again. Not to mention Barlean's flax oil tastes best among all the brands I've tried. Just a reminder to anyone who might be confused with the product info and image here--the company misplaced the image of the ordinary flax oil, but I DID receive the bottle with highest lignan formula.

I purchased this in the past and the "leak free" bottle cap worked great, but I recently purchased this and it has a new cap that leaks like crazy! I have more Flax oil on my counter top and fridge shelves than i get in my meals.
I would suggest you buy Spectrum's Flax Oil which is usually cheaper and comes with a "standard" cap that does not leak.

I purchased this for my father-in-law, whom has cancer. It is suppose to help heal cells. He mixes it with yogurt or cottage cheese, honey, I don't know much about it myself. Just what I have read, and father in law is using alot of it.
