I bought this because I wanted a pedometer that I can drop in my pocket. It's nice looking and comfortable. The features are nice. It's easy to set. Customer service is great. Trouble is, this pedometer, regardless of the numerous glowing reviews, is inaccurate.
A 12 step auto filter counteracts bouncing in the pocket, but causes the pedometer to undercount during daily movement by about 50% during tests on the waist.
I have personally tested this pedometer against numerous other pedometers and find it inferior.
I'm now wearing a Yamax Power Walker and like it. I would not recommend any Omron pedometer for the reason stated above.

I purchased the BP Monitor 6/12 and it arrived 6/18, shipping is fast and ordering is great. I tested the BP Monitor out as soon as i got home from my medical school, it works perfectly and there are no glitches the reading is acurate and setting the time, day and date with year and alarm is easy. the numbers are large enough to read without glkasses.
i am impressed with this unit so now i don't have to go to the drugstore to get a BP reading when i have to go to pick up allergy medicine, ect.
the cuff is large for arms 14.2 to 17.7, medium is for arms 9.2 to 14.2.
i normally would get a medium, but the large cuff fits good even if it overlaps a little. I might have to get the Medium cuff.
if i could i wood rate this a 10 pkus 100% approved by a med student

I found this scale to be very consistent in weight readout with near-perfect repeatability, though the Water/Fat reading will fluctuate a bit.
I would have liked to see a slightly more visible readout and I am disappointed that the device uses disc batteries rather than more conventional AA or AAA batteries, but these are merely convenience issues. For some reason, the price on this unit fluctuates hugely. At the US$30 I paid for it I consider it an excellent value, but for over twice that amount, I think I would have expected a bit more.

I really did my research on here before making this purchase. I wanted an accurate scale that was easy to read and remained accurate. I can move this scale from room to room (though it is recommened that you weigh yourself in the same place each time) and the weight stays the same. I use it once a week and keep track of my stats. It is a great product and for anyone who is serious about controlling thier weight, I would recommend this scale.
I would also like to say that it was shipped USPS Priority and was at my door withing days of the order. Great JOB!!!

The scale works as advertised, however, since the center of the scale has support, it easily tips to the side if you do not stand on it right. Also, it's got a button at the top that you have to click until you get to weigh yourself. It's ok, overall.

I think the price and the features offered for this products are good. Unfortunetly I was turned off about how long it took to deliver this product, almost 3 weeks with the free shipping option. The estimated shipping date that was given was way off. I would have been glad to pay for the faster shipping if I knew in advance. Beware for all the east coast shoppers since the product was shipped from westcoast!
Once I received the product the scale is very beautiful circular styling compared to my 15 year old pastic digital square scale. The numbers are large to read. There are 3 buttons on the top section for programming. The scale came with cicular watch like batteries. I like the replaceable batteries idea for the scale but that also means added cost compared to using AAA battries that other models use.
Even though the circular design is nice to look, when my 4 year of son fist stepped on the scale he foot landing area. He stepped on the edge and the scale actually tilt up. I think is because of the circular design and the scale actually sits higher compared to the old bathroom scales. Obviously, this is not the problem of the scale but be cautious when you have youngster stepping on the scale since the foot landing area is a bit small.
My final complaint was that the LED for the digital weight reading was defective. It reminded me of an old solar calculator that's not getting enough light. The LED screen was show strange charactors instead of my proper weight. After taking out the batteries a few times and waiting for the LED display to possibly start working after a day or two of use, I decided to return the product due to the LED defect.
Like I said, if the product actually worked properly, the scale had some good features and if you don't have any curious small children that also like to get on the scale, I would not recommend this scale. I ended up buying another scale that was more square shape with a larger landing pad so my son would have a less chance tipping it off the ground. The new scale I purchased does not have the cool BMI measuring and programming option like this scale. I will be okay if the scale just measured my weight accurately. I am still weighting for it. I bought it 2 days ago on amazon with the free shipping option and the tracking says it will be delivered today. Now that is what I call fast shipping!
