I ordered this on June 26th and was billed immediately. I was informed that it might take a couple of weeks. I waited until the day that I was told by Amazon to wait on this supplier. No product, no contact. After several unanswered emails from the supplier and Amazon, I called American Express. Thanks to them I received a full refund but no thanks to either the supplier nor Amazon. I have ordered directly from Amazon many times with no problems. I received this as a gift and did not expect to use it daily as the box suggests. It has been very easy to use with the E-series brushheads. Due to the magnetic base on the brushheads, they quickly go right into place when putting them in the sanitizer. It takes about 5-10 seconds to take brushheads of the brush and put them in the sanitizer or remove them from the sanitizer and put them on the brush so I have been using it daily. It also only draws about 5 watts of power so it is not pricey to operate.2009-04-06

Philips Sonicare UV Sanitizer I found the product easy to use, the packaging while it afforded sanitary delivery of the product was moderately easy to open. I use this product daily and feel confident that my toothbrush is free of the bacteria a bathroom use creates. I am happy with my purchase. The instructions were clear and I appreciate the fact that he package contained different base holders for various models of toothbrushes. While I have a Sonicare e 7000 and do not need a holder for the sanitizer, I know that I am not limited to sanitizing only that one model of toothbrush, he E 7000.2008-12-20
