The sonicare was exactly as advertised and came very quickly - we are very pleased with the FAST delivery. We have used our first sonicare brushes for over two years and would not go without one. One of the 2 originals is not holding a charge for as long as at the beginning and with oversea travel for a week at a time the long battery charge is necessary therefore the new purchase.

I love the way this toothbrush cleans. It feels like when the dentist cleans your teeth.
However the problem is cleaning this. There is not a water-tight seal between the handle and head. Gunk gets inside this and stuck within the gap. It is pretty gross. If they rectify this design flaw I would have given them 5 stars. I however had to award 3 stars for this item. Due to the hassle of cleaning this. I still feel that this is the best electric toothbrush on the market in respect to the way it cleans your teeth.
Go to Costco and you can save $30-40.
