NIA 24 is the best cream i have ever used. It has all you need to keep you skin in great condition. It may seem pricy, but you need to use only a dimes worth twice a day. The niacin in the cream helps fade age spots etc. This stuff really works over time.

Young or old, not every cream works on every skin type, so you have to try several in order to find what's right for you. I've tried many many moisturizing products from the very cheap to extremely expensive including Dr. Perricone's line and was not impressed with the results. I was introduced to the NIA 24 products while undergoing microdermabrasion treatments on my face. Many of my friends who regularly visit dermatologists and cosmetologists are told to use the NIA line, and like it. Until I found this product, I was just using the NIA 24 Recovery Complex, which is good stuff. After finishing the microdermabrasion, I started chemical facials peels at home, and needed more intensive moisturizing. Later I discovered Prescriptives Intensive Rebuilding Moisturizer which is really great stuff too even though it's a bit pricey. I didn't know that Nia24 Intensive Recovery Complex existed until I shopped on-line for the Recovery Complex. I found the NIA Intensive at a good price, tried it, and barring the expense, am very satisfied with Nia24 Intensive Recovery Complex. I alternate it with the Prescriptives Intensive Cream because sometimes my skin "get used" to a product, and needs a change (like alternating shampoos). I can wear this product under my water-based make-up during the day, and use it at night. It's not greasy, absorbs quickly into the skin and stays with you all day. If the skin is damaged, it doesn't "burn." Does it make my skin look great? It's never been my experience that creams alone will do that, regardless of your age. I'm using chemical peels to clean my skin and remove imperfections (I need to find a really great cleanser, but haven't found one yet.) My skin looks great because it's clean and clear (I've never smoked nor do I worship the sun and I'm a social drinker!) If your skin is clean and clear, having the right moisture level makes the skin glow. Then you don't need to wear foundation. I would recommend this product if your skin is dry, very dry, damaged, and/or has fine lines. Hope this helps you to make the right decision for you.

I am 40 years old, with some developing wrinkles on my forehead, between eyebrows, etc. and discoloration from sun damage. I've been using the skin strengthening complex for 6 months with incredible results. I love this stuff! The darker pigmentation from sun damage has lightened considerably. Under foundation you can't see it at all. The biggest change is the texture of my skin. It feels plump, very soft and moist to the touch. Tiny lines have become hard to see at all. I use it twice a day in the morning and at night. I also use the cleansing cream to remove make-up. It would of course be nice if it was less expensive, but the tubes last me for a few months, it doesn't take much product. The first few weeks of use, I did break out a little but that stopped within the first month of use.

When I first started using this product, my face peeled visibly and I thought, "Uh-uh, there is no way that I can continue using this, I look ragged!" But after about 2 weeks, the peeling stopped and my skin looks better than it has since my 20s (I'm 41). I like to think the peeling was old sun damaged skin peeling off to reveal pretty, smooth skin. :-) I also have rosacea and this product has helped to reduce the redness. Today a friend of mine told me that my skin looked great-and this was while I was sitting in front of a window with good daylight shining on my face. I am very happy with this product and will continue to use it.

I tried to use this for my face like other users suggested, but for me it was awful! I noticed it not only clogged my pores but it didnt even moisturize that well. My end of my nose gets easily dry for some reason, and when I use the complex 15 face one it is always perfect and hydrated but when I used this it was peeling a little -_-. Needless to say, I ponied up the $ to buy the face one again.

Compared to the face lotion, this one is alot thinner/liquidier. Thats probably why it doesnt rly moisturize that well. I use it on my hands from time to time just so I can use up the 3 bottles of it I now have, but even for that it doesnt rly hydrate that well.

Im sticking to the face moisturizer.

I bought this cream when I was in New York earlier this year and was it like a miracle treatment. After about 1 week of using it morning and night, my skin was clear and well hydrated. I have always suffered with problematic combination skin and as I like to over-moisturize (my attempt at slowing down the aging process) I find that most products are either too drying or too oily. But Complex 15 was just perfect. Now I have the problem of not being able to locate it in the UK or other European countries. I can't even buy it from Amazon and get it shipped due to Warranty and Manufacturer restrictions. So if anyone knows if this product is branded under another name in Europe, I would love to know.

I have had oily skin my whole life and have had a very hard time finding a product that would give moisure without making my skin greasy. The local store where we used to get it stopped carrying it, but fortunately Amazon came through and we can still get our favorite moisturizer. Before trying this product, I developed facial rashes when using any aftershave containing fragrance. Complex 15 soothes my skin after shaving and has not caused a rash with years of daily use. Each tube of cream lasts me about two months, since only a small dab is needed. I could not rate this product more highly.
