I never write reviews but I'm shocked by what this has done to my skin. I have been using this for about 2 months now and my skin has DRASTICALLY changed. I had really bad acne problems. I didn't read the other reviews yet. I use this every morning. My skin is normal to dry and it can be sensitive. I prefer to avoid soap on my face; it seems to dry. This Desert Essence does the job of cleaning well and has never left my skin feeling dry. Obviously I would not use it to remove make up. I only use mascara and I wash that off with a wash cloth easily since I do not use waterproof mascara. The Desert Essence smells very strong but I find it to be very gentle on my skin. I usually cleanse my neck front and back and love that it seems to get deep into pores. I usually steam my face with a hot towel before I use it as well. Anyway, it works for me. I imagine as tea tree oil is supposed to be a natural disinfectant that it kills any germs or bacteria as well. Then I moisturize well. No problems. I also like it because it is economical. Let's face it the expensive cleansers only stay on a few seconds. I'd rather spend on a good moisturizer. Hope this is helpful to any one concerned.

I have been using this product for a few months. It is a good natural alternative to all of those cleansing towelettes that are on the market. The ingredients are much better for your skin than the other cleansers out there. I haven't noticed any difference in my breakouts but these pads remove face makeup. The reason I only gave two stars is because of the problems that I have had with the company. I highly suggest that you buy these in a store versus buying them with [...]. I never received my order and sent many unanswered emails to ask what happened. After my fourth email within 2 months I finally received a reply saying they would look into the problem. It has been 2 weeks since that reply and I still have not heard back. If only this company had better customer service.

I really do recommend this product because it did wonders for me! I had fairly bad acne before I used this product but now my skin is super soft and smooth when i wake up after using this the night before. Not only that but the smell really is wakening though it's something you get used to.



What I do:

In the morning I use a cleanser to open up my pores and then wash it off with warm water. I keep the warm water on my face as I use the pad so the pad isn't as abrasive. I rinse it off (as directed) and tada, my skin is softer. Occasionally it dries my skin so I use green tea as a moisturizer.



[I heat water, put it in a cup, put a green tea bag and leave it for 3 minutes, take it out and rub the warm tea bag on my face.]



At night I do the same thing but I never use green tea. I just leave it alone even if it's a bit dry and in the morning my skin is so silky smooth.



This product isn't for everyone but as a 16 year old with bad acne, that's a lot to say for such an inexpensive product such as this.

This is another one of the effective, durable line of power toothbrushes from Sonicare, which was the brand recommended by my dentist. The best reason to purchase this particular model is that it comes with two complete brushes and one charger for a reasonable price. Most couples don't need two separate chargers in the master bathroom, and this configuration allows you to save a little money over the purchase of two complete brush/charger sets. Neither one of us needs the charger on the same day (each brush gets charged approximately one time per week, which takes about 18 hours for the full charge).



As far as the performance of this product, it has been reliable for the past two years. The signal between "quadrants" of your mouth is just noticeable enough to tell you to move onto the next area. It really leaves your teeth and gums feeling clean and fresh.



Brush head replacements are a little pricey, but easy to find on sale. If you join the Sonicare website, they send you e-mail coupons periodically for $5.00 off of a package.

I went to the dentist last week and had some work done on my teeth, my dentist recommended this toothbrush. I noticed my teeth were a little yellow, (I'm a coffee drinker). I bought the Sonicare e5350 and WOW, what a difference. The yellow has diminished after 10 brushings, and my teeth and gums feel simply amazing! Walmart had it for 111.84. I go with a two paste double cleaning each time. Dr. Katz tooth paste the first round, (with very little water), then Biotene, (with lots of water), the second round! Keep your mouth closed and just glide the brush to each tooth. I'm very pleased with this product.

The sonicare is great for toothbrushing, however I have noticed that it is strongest after a charge. After a few uses it become less powerful. So, you either need to charge daily, or accept a less vigorous scrub. Once it loses its post-charge zest, it won't diminish significantly until the battery is completed used, so perhaps this is the optimal speed. I don't know. Interestingly, I had a Sonicare 8 years ago and it suffered from the same problem. Also, this package only includes one charger, which is inconvenient.



I would probably rate this package as a 3.5 due to the single charger. I would rate the Sonicare as a 4 due to the variance in brush power.

This brush is the best in quality and performance that you can get. We've owned these brushes for almost three years. Our teeth and gums are much healthier. This brush works so well, that I can't find a complaint about it. This brush cleans your teeth without having to scrub too hard and damage your gums. The Sonicare makes the Rota-dent(a brush alot of dentists try to promote) seem like something you purchased at the dollar store. This is my third Sonicare toothbrush. The first one (10+ years ago) was as subtle as a bulldozer but it gave me a dentist grade cleaning every day until it died after five years of loyal service. The second one (now 5 years old) still works, but the company stopped making the replacement heads for it.



The E5500 is great! The new format of brush head is much smaller than what I was using before. The quadrant timer is better, the ergonomics are better and the price is MUCH better! I didn't think it was possible, but Sonicare made a great product even better! I'm looking forward to another five years of service!

I recently recieved this brush through amazon. Wow, what a diffrence i can see already. After waiting the recomended 24 hour charge time i used my brush and it was one of the deepest cleans i have gotten since i went to the dentist.



I am a chewer, and from that i have some stains on my front teeth that i have always hated. After using this tooth brush only three times i see a difference in not only teeth color (much whiter) but also gum health. My gums are becoming healthier with every use.



Some things to be ready for:



1) The brush head is very small for my mouth, it is perfect for someone with small teeth and a small mouth. I wish the brush head was a little bigger.



2) It tickles at first. Very much so. I didnt have any problem with it realy but it did make me laugh a little when i did the back of my front teeth. This tooth brush will progressivly get stronger over 12 uses. I think this feature is nice because if you have never used one before it can be a bit much at first.



3) Make sure you turn it on when its in your mouth and turn it off before you take it out. I had to clean my mirror three times so far because the vibrations sling toothpast every where lol.



All in all this is the first sonic toothbrush i have ever used, but because of the results i have seen so far and the price i am now a sonic user for life.

I have been using the Sonicare line for years now, and every time I upgrade I feel like I have the greatest toothbrush in the world (just upgraded to this model recently). I am prone to cavities but when properly using my toothbrush twice a day, I feel like I cut the chances of cavities occurring by more than half. I also have dental work on my front teeth which catches plaque and tartar like a trap, but those teeth always feel squeaky clean after a good brushing.



The battery life is good, the size and weight make the brush easy to handle, and even the bristles feel like high quality to me. When I began using Sonicare toothbrushes I noticed the yellowing and stains on my teeth from coffee and cigarettes slowly disappearing. The noise is not terribly unpleasant but most people walking by your bathroom will know you are brushing your teeth. The vibration can take some getting used to but it's not jarring after the first several uses.



I recommend the Sonicare line to all my friends and family. I wasn't too keen on brushing my teeth as a kid but the 'after-a-dentist-visit-clean' feeling helps me look forward to brushing these pearly whites!
