Product took a little longer than most to arrive. The adhesive and detox pouch are seperate and you must attach detox pad to adhesive and then attach to foot. The adhesive immediately falls right off. I have had to tape it on to use pads...very very poor...and I feel ripped off. DO NOT BUY

The BodyRelief pads are amazing! I have been using them once a week for a few years now. I like many of the other reviewers was skeptical at first of how well these would work, but I have to say this product is one of the best I have tried. I use them mainly for detoxification, and energy but I have also used them for various aches and pains as needed and I have noticed relief from them on that front as well. I had surgery on my uterus a few years ago and I still have some pain in the area (the doc says scar tissue build up) during different times in my cycle. I have used the BodyRelief on that and it seems to help a lot with the pain. As far as using them for detoxification, I swear by them! I have suffered from chronic fatigue for years and have noticed that the pads make a BIG difference in my energy level! If you are even on the fence about buying these, I highly recommend that you give them a try. They are well worth the money for the huge difference they should make in your life!

the only problem i had with these patches they dont stick on the neck or the back .. its stick at first but when you make any little moves its fall down .. so i think the problem with the glue not the patches
