I read some reviews here and decided I would give it a shot. I had two moles on my face and one on my shoulder and under my breast that my bra continually rubbed. I decided to try it on my shoulder and breast first and it worked perfectly! The only problem was that my bra rubbed off the scabs and there was some scarring as a result but after 6 weeks the area is smooth and the redness has faded and it is difficult to see that anything was there.
I then decided to get rid of three moles on my back before trying the ones on my face. I had my husband scrape them and put on the paste and band-aids. Two of them scabbed up and one refused to scab no matter how many times we repeated it. One of them the scab fell off and it disappeared, one of them it left a dark spot that still looks like a mole but it is now flat, the other never did scab up so I may try again.
I then decided it was time to get rid of the moles my face and neck. 2 of the moles scabbed up within 24 hours. One next to my nose was very stubborn and I repeated the process on it 3 times before it scabbed. I kept band-aids on them for a few days and used Neosporin on them. After about a week all of the scabs fell off. The one by my nose left no visible mark or scar. One near my mouth left a bit of a crater but after 4 weeks now it has smoothed out and unless you know to look for it you would never see it. So I've had a flat mole in the middle of my upper lip since... forever. One day I got sick of looking at it in the mirror so I started looking up ways to get rid of it. I first called my dermatologist, who practically said he wouldn't remove it from my lip and suggested I go to a plastic surgeon. Then I ran across dermatend and I was actually pretty optimistic after reading all the reviews. So after I received it, I followed the instructions word for word. (btw: no matter how much I massaged the tube it wouldn't get pasty, but I used it anyways.) Scraped for a bit, put a dot of it on my mole, stung a good bunch for an hour or so, turned into a really soft scab. Decided to do it again, and on the second day it was hard. On the fourth day after putting it on, it fell off after waking up. I probably should have placed a bandaid on it while sleeping. Now it's just healing and it looks good. I just don't like how your mole looks bigger after putting the paste on, and I can't wear a bandaid on my lip... so I looked pretty silly with a bigger weirder mole on my lip going to school. But hey, small price to pay. Plus I have so much left over I could practically sell it as new.
LONG STORY SHORT: scabbed in two days, fell off on the fourth day... very pleased =D

I have several moles around my body and decided to test this product on 3 moles a few months ago, before I use it on the rest. I'm so happy I stopped at 3.
One of my moles turned into something way more scary than what it used to look like before. Now it looks purple-ish and is much bigger in size. The rest of the moles are still there even though smaller in size but now they are surrounded by a pale cirle with a size of a quarter.
I waited long enough to make sure it will not clear by itself. Now I have to find a doctor to fix my new marks and damaged skin.
I do not recommend this product to anybody.

After having doubts about this product; i was reluctantly wrong that i had event the smallest doubt.
Take it from a regular customer non employee.
I ordered this product after the reviews of some failed
but after 5 days of hesitation that this did not work for me, my skin was spotless clean with little noticable tint.
I will tell you how i successfully got this black mole i had on my face.
The 5g dermatend bottle says it will treat up to 4 moles
but i just not even a dab but the size of a needle point.
Here's how my process went:
i used the toothpick and picked with the mole for about 1 minute.
i made sure not to get the surrounding skin witch is an important part not to do.
I tried this on two moles. 1 the size of a push pin and 1 the size of a needle pin head.
The small mole you think would be most impossible to scratch with ought getting the surrounding skin so i just simply got the head of the toothpick and spun it around on top of the mole and i did a little scratching around it.
I then got got a wet warm wash cloth and cleaned these areas.
Picked at them again for another minute and repeated this process until i thought it was enough scratching
I thought it wouldn't work because i didn't feel any pain to the area.
i then got Vaseline and paste it carefully around the mole with the toothpick making sure not to get into the mole.
I then pasted the dermatend using only a little but enough to cover the mole.
Not feeling a stinging sensation, i thought it had failed.
after 3 minutes i felt a slight stinging ... not enough to even think it was working.
but i gave it some time and let the paste dry. Then i put the bandage over it so i wouldn't scratch it.
The bandage came off 5 hours so i didn't put it back
Noticing the mole gotten darker, i did not scratch it thinking it would leave a scar.
after 5 days of the dark black mole, i was in the shower and happen to scratch it and Wollah, the mole came right off like dirt.
It was amazing that this worked with even the slightest procedure and paste used.
Be sure to use coco butter on this until the redness around the mole is healed.

I bought this product not really knowing if it would work.I decide to try it on the 2 large ones i had hoping they would go before my holiday.I didnt like the filing bit but once that was done it was fine.needed to keep one covered with plasters for a week but i am now clear even the biggest one has gone there is just a red mark which is fading fast.Give it a go it really does work.
