I saw the commercial and thought they looked like the answer to my sunglass problem. Picked them up in the drug store. Tried them on. All they did was make everything look yellow....didnt do anything else. They are going back to the store.

Great product for the price. I've been in search for the right wrap-arounds that fit comfortably over my prescripted glasses plus UV protection. As for actually improving your vision to HD quality, I'd have to say NO but the HD Vision wrap-arounds definitely serves the purpose for which I purchased them.

I am an avid cyclist and need sunglasses to ride my bike. I also wear prescription lens with are the gradient type, for both reading and distance vision and everything in between. I bought some prescription sunglasses a few years ago (Bolle) that were $250, but unfortunately they will only work for distance vision, since gradient lenses cannot be made in these type of glasses. This makes it difficult to ride my bike and yet see my heart rate monitor display and my speedometer without removing my sunglasses and putting on my regular glasses, which is very impractical.
I saw an ad on TV a couple of weeks ago and decided to order a pair of these sunglasses. They fit over my prescription glasses, provide a good UV block, and are light and comfortable. Definitely worth getting, and I wouldn't hesitate to get another pair of needed.

I've been using these sunglasses for several months in San Diego Sunlight. I wear prescription glasses for driving and another pair for reading on the patio. These will fit over normal-sized glasses by way of the upper recessed rim. The only suggestion to the manufacturer I have is that they place some type of clip in the center, behind the frame -- so we can clip the HD vision sunglasses to the underlying pair of prescription glasses. There is some shifting of the seated pairs of glasses when moving around vigorously. These are not for sporting activity, water-skiing or mountain climbing. They hang low on your face without an underlying, [normal sized] set of glasses underneath to lift up the bridge on your nose. These are for walking, sitting and driving (with your glasses on underneath them) and they do that very well. I gave a set of these to an elderly couple I know recently. They are amazed how pleasant it is to take a walk in the Sun and still be able to wear their prescription glasses - for the first time in their lives.

This product at the price I paid was a bargain; I put them on when I'm in the garden and they are just dark enough to prevent that glare from overwhelming me. They could be darker, but that would limit the number of days and hours of the day that you could use them. There are look alike glasses on TV sold for much more; I don't know what they're like, but I have a feeling that these are the exact same.
