When the temperature begins to drop the skin around my very sensitive eyes begins to get itchy and feel very dry. I am only 29 but I have had this problem now for about 3 years. Many so called eye balms end up being very greasy and running or smearing all over and/or don't work for me. I have also had a problem with eye creams stinging the skin around my eyes and causing little red bumps. This cream does none of those things! It is very moisturizing. Its texture is light and it has some iridescent light reflecting particles in to minimize the appearance of dark circles.I have dark circles due to allergies and this helps reduce the darkness of them substantially. I don't think it will get rid of them because I read that dark circles from allergies are not reversible but I will continue to use this anyway because of how great it makes my eyes feel and look. I purchased it at a discounted price but I would certainly spend full price on it if I could not longer find it for a discount.



I'm not saying that this product will work for you because there are countless products that I have tried that received wonderful reviews and when I used them they did nothing for me but this one was a winner. I am falling in love with the Skinceuticals skin line. I also use their Phloretin CF which is expensive but worth every penny. I once read in a magazine that you have to spend your entire life wearing your face - showing it to the world constantly. So why not invest in the stuff that really works to keep it looking its best!

I have been using Skinceuticals Eye Balm for 2 years now and i love it. It is expensive, I know, but well worth the price. I have tried other products that are less expensive and more expensive and touted to be "Amazing", but I am telling you, this is the only one I have found that truly does diminish lines around my eyes and truly make crows feet virtually disappear. It is hard to find in NYC where I live, but I have never had a problem finding it here online. You only need about a pea sized amount for the entire face. I found it creamy and moisturizing without being greasy. Sinks in quickly. The finished look was quite matte. After about an hour, my face didn't feel quite as moisturized anymore. My complaint is that for this price, you should be moisturized all day long (like my unrefined shea butter does and for 1/10th of the cost). I definitely feel that this product is priced way too high for what it delivers.

I first was told about this product by my dermatologist when undergoing my usual skin cancer cuttings (having been a 'sun bunny' growing up at the beach in FL). You can get a lot of use out of just one pack of four. This product is impressive in that in just two weeks after I started use, my redness and shaving discomfort were simply gone. It doesn't leave a greasy residue but your skin will feel heavier and slightly masked after application until about 16 hours later. You do get used to it, and it is not inconvenient or uncomfortable for me. The scent is quite pleasing and very masculine.

I have been shaving more or less very day for over forty years, most of them using a rotary-type electric razor such as my current one. In all that time, I have rarely used any beard prep or aftershave. That is not to say that I didn't need it: My face is quite sensitive, even to the rotary electric, and was quite blotchy and irritated after every shave; but I simply ignored this.



However, for the past few years, I have been experiencing facial eczema, mainly around the base of my nose and on my cheeks. I finally decided to deal with this a few months back, and part of my strategy was to begin taking greater care with my shaving habits. Since then, Nivea for Men After Shave Replenishing Balm, Normal to Dry Skin, has become a regular and extremely satisfactory part of that new regimen.



After only a few days of regular use, the eczema disappeared for good, as did the chronic post-shave rash. I find the slight fragrance pleasant and subdued; my wife finds it sexy, which is a plus! The instructions recommend applying "a small amount," and I have found this to be sound advice: It is quite concentrated, and a mere quarter to half a teaspoon is all I need. Much more than this, and my face feels "plastered."



Since finding this product, I have tried a few other brands for comparison, but have always returned to the Nivea. Smells great, does what it says (soothes and replenishes), and is extremely economical to use.

This is great if fragrances bother you like they do me. They are also good at night for cleaning off makeup prior to actually washing your face. I have combination skin, and even when I haven't worn makeup it's important to keep my face clean. These cleansing cloths are a no excuses way of keeping my face clean. I use them primarily when I can't keep my eyes open, and I'm too lazy to do the whole soap and water thing. They are also great after a workout. They are very refreshing, and my face doesn't feel too dry after using them. My face just feels clean. I do have sensitive skin, and these cloths have never left my skin irritated.

I found the La Petite Wax Warmer performed exactly as described. As some said, the only problem was breaking the bar of Zip wax I bought to use with the warmer.



I've tried the room temperature products and was totally dissatisfied with the results. The wax in the warmer stayed at the right consistency, unlike the tubes of Zip wax which tended to cool and stiffen. It was easy to use. Everything stayed neat. It was also easy to clean up and store.



I'm very pleased that I made the purchase. And yeh - it still hurts. Nothing seems to change that. But at least it gets the job done.

These gloves warm my sore hands well. They are awkward if trying to do anything other than being still. The distance between the gloves (cord length) is somewhat short. It's a little odd that the mitts arrive without a box -- but that's how they're pictured and described. Sensible consumers are careful when using any electrical product. So, how do they work? GREAT. There's nothing like warmth on chronically aching hands and wrists. It feels soooo good. The product seems well-made (sturdy seams, stout wiring), and large enough for big hands. A "medium" setting is plenty, once they warm up. Personally I'd go for a thin cotton liner rather than the poly bag. The price is a tad high but not outrageous. A good-quality drugstore heating pad is $18; if money's tight buy that instead and wrap your hands in it. For the Mastex Mittens: if you can get over the absence of normal packaging, then enjoy the product for what it is: a welcome source of temporary pain relief.
